Cafe TiSa is a new and great addition to this part of St Kilda Road (perhaps 4-5 months old?). My morning essential here: skinny latte and egg, bacon, and cheese muffin ($7). They make the best coffee and the two owners are quite friendly. It's a tiny place that seats about 10 or 12 people. The design of the place is also quite cool.
